Established and evolving financial services organisation require a seasoned Business Analyst to lead on a number of challenging change projects, including adding functionality to a recent Oracle NetSuite implementation and an upgrade of customer payment processing. You will work independently from a project viewpoint but may still coach/mentor junior members of the change team where required. Previous experience of managing third party supplier relationships from RFP through to delivery would also be advantageous. This is a hands on role and will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, organising/running workshops and identifying and managing stakeholder relationships combined with a focus on how operational/business processes can be improved. Experience of working in an Agile environment would be helpful. The role is based in York and there will be some requirement (maximum 2 days per week) to be in the office so you must be within a reasonable commuting distance. Initial contract is 6 months but the work is expected to run beyond 12 months.

Established and evolving mutual require a seasoned Project Manager to manage the delivery of a new service management tool. You will liaise closely with the external supplier and be responsible for the overall plan and implementation. Experience of ITIL processes and how they are implemented would also be advantageous. You will be responsible for managing the budget and updating the finance team, providing weekly progress reports and working closely with the BA team on process development. This is an inflight project and ideally we are looking for an individual who will be able to start in early August. This role will operate on a remote basis and is initially for 6 months.

Established specialist FS provider require a seasoned Business Analyst to manage the production of initial high level requirements for a regulatory change project. These requirements will be utilised to build out a full business case and you will operate as part of a small team focused on this piece of work. This is a business facing role and previous experience of regulatory change projects would be advantageous. Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills are a must have as well as the ability to mentor permanent members of the business throughout the duration of the assignment. The client offices are in Manchester but remote working is the current model and likely to remain that way. The initial contract is 3 months and the day rate is £600 inside IR35.

Evolving financial services organisation engaged in a major change agenda, which includes significant upgrades and enhancements to core systems and business operations, require a hybrid Business Analyst/Change Manager to initiate, analyse and then help implement change. With a large pipeline of various change projects, from new products and services to changes to existing operations, to the communications, training and testing associated with the rollout of a new systems, the Business Change Analyst must be able to assimilate the business requirements, conduct business impact assessments, analyse processes, consider governance and control and ultimately ensure timely delivery of outputs and milestones. This is a broad, hybrid role which requires someone who is willing to be hands-on and understands the change process and the tools and techniques of business analysis. You must therefore be experienced change professional, likely to have been a business analyst in your current or previous life. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The role can be based in Liverpool, London or Glasgow but you will work largely from home. The salary on offer is £55k plus a strong benefits package.
