Care and community services focussed organisation who are evolving and transforming into a best-in-class operation require a hands on project manager to drive and embed a new HR system to help manage their core activities. As very much a people based service organisation, time planning, recording, management and remuneration is key. Part way through a systems implementation, you will be required to organise, drive and control the remaining works through to and post implementation. An ability to understand current and target processes and data requirements and the features/requirements of the new system will also be part of your remit. As such, some process analysis and requirements gathering along with the strong project control and management will be part of the role. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The organisation is Preston based but you will work largely from home. This is initially a 6 month contract.

Fast growing and acquisitive niche consumer services group, who are experiencing a period of rapid change, require a Project Manager to join a developing function that will ensure the imbedding of strategic and tactical change into this evolving organisation. The main focus of the role will be the managing, end to end, of complex IT and business change projects. You will need to understand and have had practical experience of the scoping, planning, communications, training, stakeholder management and governance required for managing significant changes to existing operational and IT processes, procedures, systems and behaviours. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an adaptable personality are a prerequisite. You will also be extremely organised, very personable and well able to drive difficult projects to completion. This role is initially a 6 month full time contract for £48,000pa.

Niche UK based financial services organisation that are pursuing a major change agenda, which includes significant upgrades and enhancements to core systems, require an experienced business analyst to help deliver some key changes. Having gained an understanding of the business, systems and data requirements from stakeholder workshops and one to ones, the role will involve the production of solution designs and specs for internal and external 3rd party audiences. Systems changes will of course also go hand in hand with process improvements. You will be an experienced business analyst with an in-depth understanding of business and process analysis, previous exposure to both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and also some knowledge of system testing. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The role is based in Liverpool and will pay up to £47,000 plus benefits.
