Fast growing and highly profitable niche financial services business, who are experiencing a period of rapid change, require a Project Manager to join an expanding  function that will ensure the imbedding of strategic and tactical change into this evolving organisation.  The main focus of the role will be the managing, end to end, of complex IT and business change projects. Current plans involve improving their digital capabilities, major systems re-platforming, regulatory change and new product development. Significant opportunities for progression are also available within the wider group. You will need to understand and have had practical experience of the scoping, planning, communications, training, stakeholder management and governance required for managing significant changes to existing operational and IT processes, procedures, systems and behaviours. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an adaptable personality are a prerequisite. You will also be extremely organised, very personable  and well able to drive difficult projects to completion. This role is permanent and will pay £60,000pa plus an attractive bonus and benefits package. The role will be mostly home based with possibly a day or two per week in the office.

In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The organisation has bases in Liverpool and Glasgow but you will work largely from home.

In addition you will be responsible for; challenging bespoke requirements to seek standard solutions where possible; controlling all costs associated with the project;  managing a strict change control policy; co-ordinating quality testing and facilitating comprehensive training and support. Your credibility with senior stakeholders will be of the highest order, as will your organisation and interpersonal skills. A  technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion coupled with significant HR experience would be very useful, as will strong generic project management skills. This role is initially for 6 months and will pay £650 per day (inside IR35).

A  technical knowledge of CRM Systems  would be useful  coupled with equally strong generic project management skills. This role is initially for 9 months and will pay £600 per day (inside IR35). You are likely be in the Manchester office 1-2 days per week and otherwise working from home.
