This project is at the early stages and will require the successful individual to map out a number of operational processes within a specific part of the business to enable migration from a legacy system to a newly identified solution. This will include detailed gap analysis and close involvement with the chosen third party supplier and needs an individual with well developed stakeholder management and communication abilities. The role is predominantly business facing but requires an understanding of some of the more technical elements associated with such projects. Experience of working on mortgage or loan projects would be advantageous. The role is mainly home based with requirement to be on the client site twice a month for 2 days.

Expanding consumer financial services organisation that are pursuing a major change agenda, which includes significant upgrades and enhancements to core systems and business operations, require an experienced business analyst to investigate, order and then migrate data from an existing legacy system into a new central data hub. The data activity may cover other areas of the business and therefore also involve business process changes and new organisational designs. You will be an experienced business analyst with an in-depth understanding of business and process analysis, migration of IT operations and data and previous exposure to both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The organisation is Liverpool based but you will work largely from home. This is initially a 9 month contract and will pay £450 per day (outside IR35).

Niche bank with a substantial change agenda require a seasoned PM to play a key role in delivering the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system. They are at the initial stages of the project and this individual will play a key role in the selection of the system, work closely with the third party supplier and take overall responsibility for successful delivery. A PM with the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders is required along with the ability to work within governance principals but be able to be creative when needed. 6 months initially with a high probability of further extensions. The role is outside IR35 and will be home based with 2 to 3 days per month at the client site.

Established and evolving financial services organisation with the backing of a global group are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join them on the next stage of their transformation journey. This role will be part of a newly established change team and therefore you must be adept at working on a stand alone basis and be able to successfully manage and prioritise your own workload. There are a range of projects within the portfolio including a CRM implementation, regulatory change and digital propositions. You will be expected to take the lead on the projects from a BA perspective that are assigned and bring with you a focus on process improvement as well as timely delivery of said projects. Demonstrable previous experience in a hands on BA role is critical and ideally within a financial services environment, as well as the ability to mentor and develop junior members of the team. The base salary is £55,000 to £58,000 (depending on experience) plus an annual bonus and generous benefits package.

Community focussed Social Housing Provider who are pursuing a major change agenda, which includes the replacement and re-platforming of existing core systems, require an experienced business analyst to help deliver some key changes, specifically in relation to how the organisation handles its customer data.  Having gained an understanding of the interdependencies, systems and data requirements from stakeholder workshops and one to ones, the role will involve the production of solution designs and specs for internal and external 3rd party audiences. Systems changes will of course also go hand in hand with process improvements. You will be an experienced business analyst with an in-depth understanding of business, process and data analysis. Previous exposure to data management/governance projects and Agile development methodologies are also essential. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The organisation is based in Liverpool but the role will predominantly involve working from home.

Established and evolving financial services organisation require a seasoned Business Analyst to lead on a number of challenging change projects, including adding functionality to a recent Oracle NetSuite implementation and an upgrade of customer payment processing. You will work independently from a project viewpoint but may still coach/mentor junior members of the change team where required. Previous experience of managing third party supplier relationships from RFP through to delivery would also be advantageous. This is a hands on role and will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, organising/running workshops and identifying and managing stakeholder relationships combined with a focus on how operational/business processes can be improved. Experience of working in an Agile environment would be helpful. The role is based in York and there will be some requirement (maximum 2 days per week) to be in the office so you must be within a reasonable commuting distance. Initial contract is 6 months but the work is expected to run beyond 12 months.

Established and evolving mutual require a seasoned Project Manager to manage the delivery of a new service management tool. You will liaise closely with the external supplier and be responsible for the overall plan and implementation. Experience of ITIL processes and how they are implemented would also be advantageous. You will be responsible for managing the budget and updating the finance team, providing weekly progress reports and working closely with the BA team on process development. This is an inflight project and ideally we are looking for an individual who will be able to start in early August. This role will operate on a remote basis and is initially for 6 months.

Established specialist FS provider require a seasoned Business Analyst to manage the production of initial high level requirements for a regulatory change project. These requirements will be utilised to build out a full business case and you will operate as part of a small team focused on this piece of work. This is a business facing role and previous experience of regulatory change projects would be advantageous. Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills are a must have as well as the ability to mentor permanent members of the business throughout the duration of the assignment. The client offices are in Manchester but remote working is the current model and likely to remain that way. The initial contract is 3 months and the day rate is £600 inside IR35.

With a large pipeline of various change projects, from new products and services to changes to existing operations, to the communications, training and testing associated with the rollout of a new systems, the Business Change Analyst must be able to assimilate the business requirements, conduct business impact assessments, analyse processes, consider governance and control and ultimately ensure timely delivery of outputs and milestones. This is a broad, hybrid role which requires someone who is willing to be hands-on and understands the change process and the tools and techniques of business analysis. You must therefore be experienced change professional, likely to have been a business analyst in your current or previous life. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and fellow team members. The role can be based in Liverpool, London or Glasgow but you will work largely from home. The salary on offer is £55k plus a strong benefits package.
