A forward looking and transforming Social Housing organisation in the North West require a PMO Manager who can mature their existing PMO and support the journey into an Agile PMO. The role will require you to lead a team of Agile Portfolio Analysts and introduce lean ways of managing a dynamic portfolio of change, creating faster flows of approved high value work. You will develop your team to provide consultative, advisory and agile delivery support. You will be responsible for producing Portfolio Level Reports pulled from individual delivery teams and presenting them to Executive Directors. You will therefore need to be an experienced PMO Manager with an in-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies. In addition you will possess the interpersonal skills that allow for engagement with senior stakeholders and fellow team members. The organisation is Warrington based but you will work largely from home. The annual salary is £60,000 plus a benefits package.

This isn’t a purely technical role and therefore you must be able to demonstrate your ability to engage with and develop strong working relationships across the entire business and with external suppliers. This technology is a new concept for the client organisation and you will need to demonstrate well developed communication abilities to ensure you are able to bring colleagues along for the journey. This is a 6 month initial contract and home based for the duration. Previous experience of implementing systems such as Azure or similar will be highly advantageous. The role is outside IR35.
